  I am a local building contractor and have been for several years. I had to use ProBuild supplies on an extensive remodel project in order to match existing materials. I was promised the materials we needed to start would be in within one week. Every day since that one week deadline I have recieved an excuse as to why the material has not arrived. It has now been over two weeks since the ordered date and I just recieved a phone call saying it would be another four days. This is unacceptable in the building industry. Standards must be met and deadlines are crucial. I have recieved no help or satisfactory in getting the materials to my site and they will likely never see me or my customers business ever again.
